Our mission

Spirituality in the workplace manifests itself in a variety of ways: seeking “self-discovery” through work, “higher meaning or purpose of work,” and feeling part of a larger community.

It is likely that your employees will take more initiative when faced with obstacles, become actively involved in problem solving, quickly take advantage of growth opportunities, and implement implement ideas in the workplace and engage in other prosocial behaviors to satisfy a sense of belonging to others.

We force ourselves to take spirituality as being as important a dimension as the cognitive, affective or behavioral one. We are even convinced that it is the dimension par excellence which can guide or even direct these last three.

Consequently, we address any problem, whatever the level of analysis (individual, interpersonal, group or organizational) by taking into consideration spirituality in a holistic approach linking the person with others, their environment and above all the universe that surrounds it in the broad sense of the term.
